mushroom sandwich

Mixed mushrooms and red wine. What is not to love?


•50 g mixed mushroom   •1/4 cup red wine   •2 tbp. butter   •1/4 cup sour cream   •whole grain bread   •camembert   •fresh dill   •coarse salt   •coarse ground pepper
And a tiny onion.
Dice it.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add onion and saute it.
Chop the mushroom.
Add to the onion.
Season with salt and pepper. Saute.
Add some chopped dill.
Pour in the wine and cook
until it evaporates.
Add cream and cook until
the sauce thickens.
Bread + camembert + dill.
