basil strawberry salad wrap
A double twist on the spinach and strawberry salad. Plus a delicious strawberry vinaigrette.
Sprinkle sugar over the strawberries.
Mash the strawberries.
Combine the strawberry puree with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and yoghurt.
Roast the almonds on a dry pan.
Add strawberries to basil leaves.
Top with roasted almonds.
Season with black pepper. Mix together.
Heat tortilla on a dry pan.
Place some salad on top of the tortilla. Top with vinaigrette. Roll.
