Instead of picking holes, eat them.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Toast bread on a slightly buttered pan.
Cut holes in one slice of each sandwich.
You can use 'holes' to make mini sandwiches.
Spread some mustard over one slice of bread for each sandwich (on the non-toasted side).
Top with ham.
Top with cheese.
Top with holed bread.
Dice some tomato.
Chop some spring onion.
Crack the eggs and separate the white from the yolk.
Comnbine egg whites with tomato, spring onion, salt and pepper. Whisk gently.
Place some mixture in each hole.
Gently top with yolk.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C.
