moon-dried tomatoes

Not as dry as sun-dried, but drier than non-dried.

And perfect with any sandwich.

stuff

•cherry tomatoes   •salt   •sugar   •dried thyme   •black pepper   •olive oil
Cut the tometoes in half. Sprinkle with spices and drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 220C. Put the tomatoes inside. Turn it off and go get some sleep.
