You can use frozen peas as well, but this is so much fun!
Shell the green peas.
You can use the pods too. Just peel away the tough inner-membrane.
Transfer the peas into a boiling, salted water.
Add pods, if using them, and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Rinse with cold water.
To make the sauce, combine chopped coriander, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce and sugar.
Toast sesame seeds on a dry pan.
Combine peas and sauce.
Top with shredded mozzarella.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Drizzle ciabatta with olive oil.
Sprinkle with chili flakes and toast in the oven.
Place some peas salad on toasted ciabatta.
