The meltiest burger in town!

stuff

•one camembert rind   •garlic   •fresh parsley   •olive oil   •250 g red currant   •1/2 cup sugar   •1/4 cup balsamic vinegar   •1 tsp. ground cinnamon   •1/4 tsp. chili powder   •shallot   •arugula   •ciabatta
Place the currants in a saucepan.
Add sugar, vinegar, chili and cinnamon.
Simmer on low heat for ca. 25 minutes.
Cut a circle in the top of the rind.
Peel off and discard.
Cut garlic into slices.
Lay garlic slices on top of the cheese.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with
chopped parsley. Bake for 20 minutes.
Dice the shallot.
Place arugula on the ciabatta. Top with some diced shallot and drizzle with olive oil.
Place the cheese on the sandwich.
Top with red currant chutney.

O nie wątpliwie rozpływa się, z tak pysznym serem i wspaniałymi dodatkami musi smakować rewelacyjnie :)
