curried chicken sandwich
Chicken and curry, brother. (You can't have one without the other.)
Season chicken with salt and curry.
Bake at 200 for about 30-35 minutes, together with garlic cloves.
Melt some butter in a skillet.
Add diced red onion and saute it.
Add curry powder and simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
Add tomato paste.
Pour in the wine.
Add apricot preserve.
Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Sour cream, mayo, curry sauce.
Chopped spring onion.
Now combine the sauce with shredded chicken breast.
Combine olive oil with roasted garlic.
Pour the sauce over the arugula.
Build the sandwich. Place curried chicken on the baguette and top with arugula.
