The most delicious Italian pizza in sandwich form. Prosciutto and cream.

stuff

•prosciutto crudo   •1 cup sour cream   •1/2 cup white wine   •black pepper   •dried parsley   •provolone cheese   •arugula   •flatbread
Heat the cream over low heat.
Add wine, season with parsley and pepper.
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Spread cream sauce over the flatbread.
Top with provolone.
Top with prosciutto.
Bake at 180C for about 10 minutes.
Serve with arugula.
