French fries and baguette. A match made in heaven.
Season tomatoes with chili flakes and chopped basil. Drizzle with oil. Bake for 35 minutes.
Cut off the top of the garlic head. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with black pepper.
Roast for about 45 minutes.
Squeeze out the rosted garlic.
Combine with softened butter.
Melt the blue cheese in a skillet.
Add some cream and simmer over low heat.
Remove skins from the roasted tomatoes.
Add tomatoes to the cheese.
Simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Spread some garlic butter over the baguette.
Top with fries.
Top with shredded mozzarella.
Put into the oven for about 5 minuts - just until the cheese melts.
Spread some sauce over the other half of the baguette.
Top with basil.
