Chanterelles and sandwich. What's there not to love?
Finely chop garlic. Melt some butter in a skillet.
Add diced onion.
And chopped bacon.
In go the chanterelles.
Season with salt and pepper.
When the chanterelles soften, add some cream.
Pour in the wine. Cook on a low heat for a few more minutes.
Add some chopped parsley.
Top with parmesan.
Spread some butter on the baguette.
Top with chanterelles.
