pumpkin burger

pumpkin patty

•500 g pumpkin puree •400 g chickpeas •2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley •3 tbsp. flour •2 tbsp. ground ginger •1 tbsp. chili powder

Makin pumpkin puree is super-easy.

Simply cut pumpkin into large chunks.

Bake at 180C until tender. Blend.

Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Form patties. Fry for 2 minutes each side.

caramelized onion

•2 red onions •3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar •2 tbsp. fine sugar •1 tsp. coarse salt •2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in a skillet. Add sliced onion and saute. Add remaining ingerdients
and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.

coconut-curry sauce

•1 cup coconut cream •2 small garlic cloves •2 tbsp. curry powder •1 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat some olive oil in a skillet and saute sliced garlic.

Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.

I really loved the layout, the pictures and showing all the ingredients... but I agree, a printable recipe would be very helpful. I cant wait to try the pumpkin burger.... Thanks!

Your layout is beautiful, but completely unusable. If I were to try and make this recipe, I would have to write everything out, rather than just pulling up your website or printing the page. You may want to consider some usability testing or something. The food looks delicious, but the design of the page really turned me off. :(
