shrimp po' boy
Poor are the boys of Louisiana... All they can ever afford is a baguette filled with shrimp.
Wrap some italian ham around each shrimp.
Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Put into the oven for around 5 minutes (220C).
Until the ham becomes crispy.
Prepare the sauce: lemon juice, oil, vinegar, honey, minced garlic and some parsley.
Cut tomatoes in half.
Assemble the sandwich. Start with arugula, followed by tomatoes and dressing.
Top with shrimp and some more dressing.
