Frisella is a traditional apulian roll. Technically, they are not bread, since they are baked twice. Still, friselle are great for sandwiches. Traditionally - with tomatoes and tuna.

This is frisa.
Hold it under water for a few seconds. They've been dried completely and this will make it soft.
Place some tuna on top.
Top with chopped tomatoes.
Add basil.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Season with sea salt.
